Reservations
To make your reservation contact us . For reservations to be confirmed we require a deposit of 35%, with a minimum of one days’ rent.
Rates for 1 or 2 guests
€ 145 p/night
€ 905 p/week
We charge an extra 45 euro/ night for a 3rd person. Minimum booking period is 3 nights.
Payments
The deposit can be paid through www.paypal.com. If you prefer to pay by bank, we will provide you with the account number and banking codes required. The balance is to be settled in cash upon arrival. (of course you can also settle by bank prior to arrival)
Check-in/out times
Check-in after 16.00 hrs. or by arrangement, check-out before 10.30 hrs.
Smoking
We prefer you not to smoke inside the boat.
Cancellations
We only have one houseboat, therefore a ‘no-show’ can be a major inconvenience.Still we would like you to be able to cancel, should your plans change unexpectedly. We will give you a full refund of the deposit (minus a € 25 administration fee) if you cancel more than six weeks before date of arrival. Please make sure we confirm your cancellation.
About us
We are a family of daughter (Ruby) and father (Mirko) working and studying in Amsterdam. We are boat builders and built this houseboat ourselves. Occasionally we rent out a self contained sound-proofed apartment on our houseboat to help us cover the expenses of living right in the centre of historical Amsterdam; the best city on earth!!
